With the loaded competition 8 renowned architects submitted their ideas and plans for the lining up new building of the EFKON AG address consisting in Graz of an office building, a production hall and an attractive organization of the exterior installations. On 3 November the submissions were evaluated by an high-carat jury. The chairman of the board Dr. Helmut Rieder and its jury colleagues knew the architect's office Bramberger with its proposal, which won nature in the house to get for itself. The winner project captivates by a floating building with flexibly usable interior, numerous inner courts and a matured green area concept. The building will be presumably in the year 2008 finished.
